We are nearing the end of our Independent Research Project! Presentations will begin this week.
Monday, March 19th To be on track: You should be done with your Data Analysis Template (in Google Classroom) and Peer Review #1 During this class: You should work on a draft of your Explanation section and your Evaluation section. Tuesday, March 20th To be on track: You should come to class with a draft of your Explanation and Evaluation today. During this class: You should complete Peer Review #2, then use the comments from your partner to 'polish' your Explanation and Evaluation sections Wednesday, March 21st To be on track: You should come to class with your Explanation and Evaluation in their final draft form During this class: You should complete Peer Review #3, then use the comments from your partner to be sure that you have completed all sections well. You should also make sure that your Works Cited/Bibliography section is complete and formatted correctly (Use EasyBib or KnightCite...not just a list of urls). Thursday, March 22nd First day of presentations (presentation schedule is in google classroom) Friday, March 23rd Second day of presentations (presentation schedule is in google classroom)

Is this page just for parents and guardians?No! This blog is for anyone who wants to know what is going on in our class (that should include students too!). Just because the language is written with parents/guardians in mind, that doesn't mean that students won't benefit from checking in with this blog. It just means that parents don't have to wade through all of the resources posted under the instructional unit section of this site. Likewise, that section of the website isn't meant to be a "parent-free" zone. Parents/guardians can use the resources posted there to help their student or just to stay in touch with what's going on in the classroom. Archives
